Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

Your Role will be:
* Building and maintaining relationships with NHS trusts
* Delivering a fantastic candidate journey from registration to placements
* Working towards better recruitment skills
* Working towards Trainee Recruitment Consultant Targets
* Learning the best compliant candidates will give you repeat business
* Finding new contacts within trusts and departments
* Meeting with new, existing and potential clients regularly
Your Skills will be:
* Good communication skills, including a good standard of written English
* Be competitive and rise to the challenge of hitting financial targets
* Looking for a long-term career plan with a transparent journey for you to follow
* Creative and think outside the box in order to stand out from the crowd
* Have a genuine interest in the sector
* Driver with own vehicle is ideal
