Resourcer Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 per year

JAR Site Solutions is looking for a Resourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client;

* Screening candidates for specific roles;

* Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment;

* Ad-hoc admin duties;

* Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond;

* Prepare candidates for Interviews;

* Deal with general queries relating to contracts, logistics etc;

* Filtering applications and communicating with candidates

* Advising candidates about new oppertunities;

* Uploading application information to the database on a daily basis;

* Representing the business at recruitment events and exhibitions;

* Interviewing candidates face to face, via telephone and Zoom.

Requirements:

* Well organised;

* Networking ability;

* Be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease;

* good IT skills including MS Office & CRM’s;

* Confident with good attention to detail;

* Good communication skills, both oral and written;

* Previous experience working as a resourcer preferably in blue collar placement

* Strong communication skills – written, verbal and listening;

* have the ability to prioritise;

* Flexible and adaptable;

* Inquisitive with exceptional questioning skills;

* Excellent attention to detail.
