Land Buyer

Wakefield, Leeds, Sheffield or Doncaster

My client is an established growing house builder who is looking for an experienced land buyer to join their growing company, this role would suit someone who wants progression and is tierd of empty promises with no succession plan. 

Duties

• Objective is to buy 10 million pounds of last in the next year
• Go out buy land
• Report directly to the Managing Director
• Looking for someone who wants a step up to be land manager and shape team and grow team in 12 to 18 months.

This would be a Hybrid role and the company is wanting someone to start asap.

It is important for the succesful candidate to be local and have an understanding of Yorkshire, leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield and the land locality.
