Salary: £48,000 – £51,600 per year
Software Development Team Leader, East Midlands, £40-43,000 plus generous benefits and bonus
As part of a technology led big brand retailer, this role can be a starting point to a diverse career in a large, high growth and dyanamic business.
As part of a close team, working with the Project Manager, you will lead a team of 6-8 developers (.net C# and VB) building new and existing critical applications.
We are looking for the followig skills –
Technical (software development) background
Line management experience
Agile experience
A detailed knowledge of software testing
Ability to work in a close team and under own steam
Exceptional communication skills to manage relationships and drive activity
