Support Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

* To work with clients in developing and executing their campaigns. This includes:
best practice HTML template creation, formatting data to assign to campaigns, testing
campaigns in different ISP clients, launching campaigns and full report analysis
* To train new and existing users on our products, either online or at client
sites
* To provide technical support to users over the telephone, email or through web ex
meetings
* To design, create and amend HTML templates and campaigns
* To design and create web forms, surveys, viral campaigns and micro sites
* To design and amend business artwork as required
* Assist in sales, seek opportunities, advise clients and encourage sales of consulting
days/additional modules to existing clients to help them make best use of their initial
investment

REQUIREMENTS

* Good understanding of HTML design skills, source codes for web design
* Have excellent creative design skills
* Ability to use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver to an advanced level
