Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, busy team based in the lovely town of Southam, Warwickshire. Free on-site parking is available.
9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Communicating with site personnel on a daily basis across multiple sites
* Ensuring site personnel are fully aware of the time allocated to complete each job
* Tracking each job to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
* Raising concerns direct with site personnel if/when allocated time for a job has been exceeded
* Updating clients on project progress in an informative and professional manner
* Resolving client queries effectively and efficiently
* Populating spreadsheets (Excel) with specific breakdown of costs – printing monthly for circulation to management
* Ad hoc duties to support the wider team
About You:
* Strong commercial acumen
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to accurately calculate and record profit margins
* Common sense approach to problem solving
* Excellent telephone manner
