Horizon Education & Care are looking for a creative and innovative Assistant Psychologist to join our passionate team!
This is a home based role, from where you will visit the residential homes in your region.
Who are you!
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Therapeutic Services Team, assisting in psychological assessment and formulation under supervision, service evaluation for clinical services, clinically relevant research and participation in general clinical duties across the Organisation.
The post holder will be involved in developing systems to collect clinical data, analysing information and presenting results to the clinical team (both in a verbal and written format). The post holder will also be expected to assist the qualified Psychologists in the preparation, instigation and evaluation of a variety of clinical, teaching, service development and research tasks. The post holder will act under the supervision of a qualified Psychologist and will be given appropriate support to enable the successful performance of clinical and other duties. The post holder be required to travel to other localities as required.
