Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose

You will work closely with our clients existing and prospective clients, as well as external suppliers and the in house design and production departments.

The role will include involvement in the design and specification of a project, presenting designs and costs, managing budgets and schedules and acting as a link between project management and production both pre and on-site.

This position will suit someone with only a few years` experience in a similar role who is ready to take on a challenge. Ideally you should be a creative and motivated person with excellent PC and communication skills, prepared to work independently and take responsibility for the delivery of your projects.

This position will suit a strong team player with the ability to co-ordinate multiple projects and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the business and build long-term relationships with clients. Knowledge of CAD software would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Skills/Qualifications:
We are looking for people who have all or most of the following skills:

• Ideally you will have at least 3 years project management experience within a design and build environment
• Proactive and driven to succeed
• The ability to work well under pressure taken the responsibility for the delivery of each project
• Motivational leader with the ability to be a strong team player
• Knowledge of CAD would be ideal but not essential
