WasteRecruit have been retained by a regional resource management company, owned by a local authority, to support the selection of three sales consultants.
The values of the business focus on the development of staff, provision of best practice services and profit for the public good. The company has invested a lot over the past year in developing their processing capability and are now in a position to really add value to the supply chain as well as adding new services to clients.
The roles will focus on the following verticals:
* Commercial and industrial – with a focus on delivering high quality services which support the production of quality recyclables and RDF.
* Construction and hazardous – focusing on delivering sustainable solutions for the construction and manufacturing sectors.
* Materials trader – trading site based as well as 3rd party materials. Creating new markets and innovating.
The team as a whole will strategically deliver total waste management solutions, innovating, adding value and supporting the move towards the circular economy.
