The bits we need your help with as a Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer, you will carry out tasks as identified in the Deployment Engineer role, as well as working closely with Project Engineers and senior technical staff to assist with delivery of technical solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with delivery of IT projects in a timely manner, meeting agreed timescales
• Attend customer site for regular scheduled visits
• Provide end user, post implementation training where required
• Ticket ownership end-to-end throughout its life cycle
