Salary: £24 per hour
West Midlands residential developer are looking for an individual that can take the lead to deliver a £20+ Million residential development that will consist of 1 bed apartments and 2/3 bed houses, scheme will consist of the refurbishment of an existing building as well as new build on the same site. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for taking the full lead on this project from inception through to completion and final handover to client/tenants. Main core of responsibilities and duties will include that the project is delivered safely ensuring that all planning, programming and RAMS have been completed and adhered to, highest quality and standard of work is delivered, programme deadlines are achieved, coordination of site management staff to ensure that subcontractors have completed work to programme and standard as well as prelims/budgets are maintained
Current SMSTS and First aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement and no application will be considered without these.
