Salary: £84,000 per year

Technical Services Manager | to £70,000 | London | Fit-Out & Interiors | Permanent

One of our most charismatic clients within the world of fit-out has tasked us with going to market and finding a Technical Services Manager with a strong M&E background (either bias) to join their team.

The business in question covers both design and build and traditional commercial fit-out projects across London and with over 40 years of experience and a brilliantly talented team, this is the place to be.

The Technical Services Manager will need a firm understanding of estimating and pre-construction within the fit-out / M&E world with some proven experience in a TSM capacity.

Technical Services Manager – some responsibilities might include:

• Involvement in the design stage though commissioning to practical handover
• Regular meetings and provision of M&E expertise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Commissioning meetings
• Value Engineering
• Method statements and risk assessments
• Overseeing installation of the mechanical and electrical programme on-site

The post holder will likely be from an electrical or mechanical trades background and critically will have experience of working in a Technical Services Manager / Building Services Manager capacity within a fast-paced, fast-track fit-out environment as their career has progressed.
