We have a unique opportunity available with a statutory client within Hampshire who are willing to take on 2 newly qualified social workers who have the relevant knowledge and placement experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience or relevant placement experience and gained working knowledge within the following:

Assessments
Reviews
Safeguarding cases
Dementia
Mental capacity issues dealt with
Working in accordance with personalisation agenda
SDS
Direct payments
Creating of individualise support plans
Person centred planning

The ideal applicant will be able to show experience of undertaking care management assessments, reviews, continuing health care, mental capacity, safeguarding assessments.

This is an unusal post as post roles require candidates to have atleast 1 years post qualifying experience so if you have the relevant skills we would love to hear from you today.
