TRAINING PROGRAMME
Regardless of your current level of IT recruitment experience, we will support your further development through our award winning training & development programme. The programme will allows you to perfect your IT recruitment techniques, as well as your people management skills whilst working from our Manchester based head office.

For top performers, there are 3 company sales conferences per year, held in locations such as Dubai, Las Vegas and Marrakech. Additional incentives include our 3 tier company car scheme, monthly reward lunches at top class restaurants and an uncapped competitive commission structure, where £120,000 + earnings are achievable for our top recruitment consultants.
