Product Manager

A vacancy has arisen join our client; a market leader within their industry, as a Product Manager working in the Product and Sales Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking company at a time of growth within the sector.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with the team to create and manage a suite of competitive and profitable products and services
• Own the delivery of product revenue, volume and profit targets for a range of products
• Help to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the products, and support the development and delivery of product specific development plans
• Feed into the Senior Product Development Manager issues with products and areas for future enhancements
• Work cross functionally to drive improvements to customer satisfaction levels through the effective management of product processes
• Act as the product expert for a range of products, providing client and internal teams with the resources and training they need successfully sell the product
• Construct regular product reports to keep the business updated on product performance
• Attend meetings with clients as required

Candidate Skills

• A commercially minded product manager, you must be motivated, positive and keen to succeed
• Ideally educated to degree level or demonstrate demonstrable business experience
• Excellent attention to detail, with high level of initiative and a methodical approach
• Excellent organisational skills are required in this role as you will be communicating with a wide variety of individuals across different business functions
• An ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines with the ability to prioritise workloads and hold a pro-active approach
• Ability to influence cross-functional team to achieve stated objectives
• Numerate with a working knowledge of construction of P&L’s
