TeacherActive are working with an excellent secondary school in North Gloucestershire are looking to recruit a KS3-KS5 Biology teacher, with the opportunity to progress into the Head of Department role.

The position is starting as soon as possible and is a full time, permanent position.

The school are looking for a teacher with leadership experience and a proven track record of raising attainment.

The ideal candidate will need to be/have:

* UK QTS with experience teaching Key Stage 5 biology.
* Ability to motivate both students and a team of teachers
* Able to plan and deliver engaging and enriching lessons
* Passionate about biology and able to enthuse others
