Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be:
Sourcing and registering relevant candidates
Making outbound business development calls to grow our client base
Arranging meetings with clients and candidates to understand their needs in more detail
Managing the full recruitment process when working with clients to fill vacancies from short listing relevant candidates, arranging interviews, taking feedback and dealing with offer management.Profile
