Do you have Trade Parts industry experience, then look no further. An experience telesales advisor position has arisen for a prestigious, global automotive manufacturer. Based in Colindale, this opportunity maybe a temporary to permanent opportunity, but to begin with this role will offer temporary work for a minimum of 6 months.
The role sits within the central Trade Telesales team, you will need to be experienced with spare parts or trade parts within the automotive industry. Autoline experience isn’t essential but is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be making around 100 outbound calls per day, you will be the initial touchpoint for inbound and outbound sales enquiries over the phone. You will support the delivery of a best in class service to customers by understanding their parts requirements and needs. You will also support and drive all strategic sales and marketing initiatives as and when appropriate.
An excellent and confident telephone manner is required, you will need to be comfortable speaking to customers via the phone and able to adjust tone to individual customers whilst always maintaining a professional but friendly approach. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Able to multi-task and use own initiative, remaining calm under pressure.
