Salary: £360 – £384 per day
We are looking to speak to an experienced Interim Managers within the elderly care sector. We are supporting a small elderly care home who are now looking to appoint an Interim Clinical Lead until to support the manager and the team to help turn the service around.
You will be a qualified nurse and ideally you will have turnaround experience specifically in a care home setting and a genuine passion for providing the best quality of care and improving services.
You will have full understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory guidelines and demonstrable history of working with residential or nursing homes and achieving successful outcomes when it comes to quality and compliance.
