Marketing Executive – 6 Month Contract – Central London

My key client, a global Publishing and Events company based in the heart of London are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive on a contract basis.

Day to day duties:

Determine the ideal mix of customer acquisition vehicles (such as direct mail, email campaigns, search engine optimisation, paid search, affiliate marketing, social media, online advertising, partnerships, catalogues, PR, promotions etc.) to acquire new and existing delegates at a sustainable acquisition cost

Develop a marketing plan for conferences and events that you are responsible for. The plan should highlight ROI expected and identify KPIs for the channels. Implement the agreed plan on time and to budget

Work closely with the conference producers and sales team focused on your events to ensure that they are well catered for in terms of supporting materials, messages and leads

Analyze and make informed decisions about the success of an event marketing campaign. Provide weekly updates to the conferences team on recent campaign performance as well as planned activity for the coming weeks – this should be focused on ROI and expected results.

Produce a report at the end of each event that outlines the activity of the event campaign, budget review, ROI and recommendations for a future event.

Take an active role in the data implementation process and identify new prospect sources for the development of the company’s CRM system.
