A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of my clients who have over 30 years’ worth of experience in the design, manufacture, and installation of secret-fixed panel systems for large commercial projects and have been at the heart of some of the most forward thinking and technically demanding modern commercial projects in timber. Their in-house design team provide the depth required to undertake bespoke panel designs, provide detail design support for architects, and supply full panel layout, detail and manufacturing drawings with every engineered system.

Due to expansion they now currently have an opportunity for a Revit Designer to join the team and model products based on client design at their head office. You will be required to co-ordinate with adjoining trades and to assist with client requests. Their Designers work closely with the Design Manager to plan and manage projects effectively, on time, on budget and to programme. This role would suit a architectural candidates who has worked in a engineering environment with a in depth knowledge of Revit.

Responsibility & Duties

• Produce and maintain accurate BIM models and drawings
• Coordinate with current project design with adjacent trades.
• Produce manufacturing drawings.

Experience & Qualification

• construction detailing in Revit & AutoCAD are essential.
• Construction, architectural or engineering background experience.
• Good communication and personal skills
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Inventor, Solidworks or Tekla advantageous
• Produces high-quality drawings
• Portfolio advantageous
