Due to continued growth and development, they are now looking for exceptionally customer focused people to join them in their Utility Division as Customer Coordinators to deliver real and effective solutions for their client and 14 million customers.

Building on your experience of delivering amazing customer service, you’ll coordinate and be responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, customer contact and completion of work within key performance targets but above all make sure that they exceed the expectations of every customer for every single job.

It’s a highly rewarding and satisfying role, where you will need to use your strong communication skills to provide advice, services and solutions that meet the unique needs of every customer and your technical skills to support the delivery of operational and commercial success within the business.

Our client operates 24/7 and as such your working pattern will either be on a 4 on 2 off basis, working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 0700 – 2230 or on a 4 on 4 off basis, working 12 hour rotating shifts including nights. This will include weekends and bank holidays

A comprehensive training programme will support successful applicants to ensure that the technical, behavioural and customer standards are fully understood and that individuals are fully equipped to deliver the required service in this fast moving environment.
