Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bradford
Salary: £33,412.8 ‘844 per annum + company pension and additional benefits
Shift: Monday to Friday mornings and afters:- AM – Mon – Thu 6am – 2pm Fri 6am – 11am
PM – Mon – Thu 2pm – 10pm Fri 11am – 4pm

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join our world class, market leading client’s maintenance team.

The position will involve the implementation of preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, corrective maintenance, overhaul and breakdown maintenance of the company’s manufacturing machinery as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor, so that the Company’s ability to produce quality products in a timely manner can be achieved and maintained.

Skills and Experience Required:

*Knowledge of maintenance policies, procedures, and terms.
*Good oral communication.
*Ability to undertake a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
*Respond effectively and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
*Good organisational and time management skills.
*Recognised engineering apprenticeship, together with at least 2 years’ experience in a maintenance department of a manufacturing company.
*Minimum ONC or City & Guilds level 3 or equivalent (Technical Certificate, etc.)
*Time served apprenticeship – Electrical or mechanical
*PLC experience Faultfinding – Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi and knowledge of systems would be desirable.
*Capable of working unsupervised or within a team
*Conversant with the use of machine tools
*AC, DC & Servo Drive Experience.
