An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading multiple award winning digital agency for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their prestigious team based in central London.
The suitable Account Manager must have demonstrable experience in e-CRM / Direct Response Email Marketing where you will have managed a variety of campaigns and implemented projects through to completion. You will also need an understanding of consumer data and how it drives value to the clients bottom line. Any qualifications in Marketing and or Direct Marketing are therefore advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to an Account Director, youll be responsible for the day to day management and on-going development of response driven email marketing and viral marketing for a number of client campaigns
Interpret complex campaign reports containing large volumes of data
To manage retained online client ensuring all projects are implemented and delivered to their full potential, whilst finding the ability to find opportunity to drive organic growth
To work in close collaboration with strategic, technical, creative and production disciplines and hold a thorough understanding of job profitability
Key skills and competencies:
Well educated to degree level with substantial consumer marketing orientation and direct marketing experience
Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
Strong operational ability for planning consumer sales driven initiatives.
Efficient and extremely organised with excellent attention to detail
Analytical working knowledge of pivot tables for Management Information reporting a real advantage
An understanding of response driven retailing industries, e.g. mail order, financial services, travel would be an advantage
An ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing
Structured and clear thinker: able to manage multiple projects and pro-actively understand the impact to client, creative and technical departments
Proficient in writing creative briefs and client proposals
Able to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur
Handles pressure confidently
Relevant computer skills highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well use of any commercially geared Email marketing system an advantage, although not essential as training will be provided for the right commercially geared candidate
The position requires a degree of travel.
