As part of this scheme, they are looking for a Home Manager in the Hampshire Area.

As Home Manager, you would be expected to manage a 45 bedded care home that provides Nursing Care. This particular home is described by residents and relatives as welcoming, safe and homely. However, the most recent inspectorate report noted that the home required improvement in certain areas. A new manager entering this service would need to be someone with turn-around experience who enjoys a challenge and is ready to bring this service to standard.

To apply for this role, you must be a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration and have a proven background in successfully managing a care home. You would be responsible for the following:

Maintaining quality standards and striving for continuous improvement
Effectively managing all areas of the home such as nursing, care staff, finance and compliance
