Weekend Deep Cleaner

Weekend Deep Cleaner urgently required to work with a construction company within their Facilities Management division across London.

You will be required to operate in 90 buildings across Upminster to Rickmansworth and from Tufnell Park to Brixton. Areas involving cleaning are stores, train crew accommodations, booking offices.

The Candidate:
• MUST be available from Friday 17:00pm to Monday 05:00am.
• At least two years experience in deep cleaning.
• Experienced in using heavy cleaning machinery.
• COSHH competent as you will be required to work with strong chemicals.
• Ideally located close to West Kensington.

Duties:
• Report to Assistant Facilities Manager and Cleaning Managers.
• Provide an excellent cleaning service; carpet cleaning, stripping & sealing and any other ad hoc requests.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials and supplies, re-ordering when needed.
• Check work is carried out by the cleaners is to a measurable standard in accordance to site specification.
• Prioritise workload.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the areas allocated for cleaning are checked.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and PPE used.
