About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, charismatic, Team Manager to join our well established client based in Trafford Park, leading a team of 6-8 B2B outbound Business Development Executives.

Responsibilities:

• To assume day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 6-8 agents currently.
• General management of the team including Training, Coaching & Motivation
• To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards.
• To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years in a SALES TEAM MANAGER role (MUST)
• Strong team player with a proven ability to lead and motivate an outbound Sales team. (or similar) (MUST)
• Proven skills in the Coaching, Training & Development of an outbound sales team
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
