Brighton / Remote (must be local to Brighton as office working is required)
£35000 – £45000
Our client is seeking a sales Manager to lead the new business development and build a team of sales consultants. Working closely with the Marketing Manager that creates about 50% of the sales leads, you will be following them up and creating your own, selling the software for data capture and all the add on services.
The company have a portfolio of exclusive clients and have heavily invested in their software capability as well as a number of add on services. As a result of their rapid growth, the are looking for a competent sales manager to create his/her own sales team and develop the business to the next level. Fully supported by the Commercial and Managing Director, you will be given autonomy to write your own sales strategy.
This role would suit an individual looking for a career and working towards a sales Director role. The company are very well established, already have an enviable client list and this role can be developed as quick as you need it to be.
You must have technical understanding and business development experience and a demonstrable history in sales.
