Job Description:

Create moments of connection and make the customer’s visit uniquely special – giving an engaging, personal and memorable service to our customers. To be who you are in our sociable pizzeria, where individuality, warmth and openness are encouraged. Ask questions to find out the guest’s reason for visiting and adapt your service to their needs using your personality, passion and enthusiasm. Deliver genuine service with a real smile. Get the restaurant set up and looking it’s best for service and cleaned down at the end of shift. Enhance your menu knowledge with training and following our How To cards to help encourage our customers to explore our menu, including dietary and nutritional requirements. Ensure transactions are completed accurately, all monies are handled securely and balanced at the end of your shift. Contribute to the success of the business by carrying out any reasonable request from your manager.

How to get an Interview:

Please note that you will need to complete the training package below before being offered an interview. Training is funded and offered at no charge to the individual.

Training is delivered in our covid safe, training centre, in small groups where we have social distancing and protective measures following Department of Education guidance. When you complete the course you will be interviewed for the role.
