An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker within an Assessment and Case Management Team in Shropshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for a manageable caseload of Children, Young People, and their Families. Your duties will include conducting visits, assessing children’s needs under the Children Act (Sections 17 and 47), co-ordinating Core Groups and Strategy Meetings, initial and core assessments, attending Case Conferences, presenting evidence in Court as required, and taking part in the office duty rota. My client has stipulated that applicants must hold a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in a similar environment.
