Salary: £126,000 – £132,000 per year
Our client is London’s largest property development and management group overseeing residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial projects across London, the Home Counties, and the Midlands.
The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to be based on a project in Jewellery Quarter. The development is a mixed use scheme, comprising of 305 units across 10 blocks all reaching 6 stories, along with 100,000 sq ft of commercial space. 2 blocks must be converted from industrial use to residential. Another 2 blocks must be converted from commercial use to residential.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience and come from an engineering background. Experience on a similar sized project is essential.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of £126,000 – £132,000basic + full package.
