Recruitment Coordinator – Nr Gatwick – £26,400 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has opened with our client who is a leader within the construction sector.
As a recruitment administrator you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating trades and labour contractors into various projects through the South of England. Liaising with sites and project managers to find out what skills were needed on each of the projects. Supplying staff on sites at short notice and covering sickness. Liaising with approved recruitment agencies to source additional contractors when necessary. Updating the system with all new bookings and any changes, using excel to create reports for management.
It is essential that you have a knowledge within construction and an understanding the different trades and labour skills. It is necessary that you are computer literate and confident in using Excel.
