They’re looking for somebody with proven HR systems experience to join their East Midlands based team on a five months fixed term salaried basis, paying a PRO RATA salary of up to £60,000per annum, plus excellent benefits.
As an Application Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to review the adoption of the People First HR software and lead projects to improve its operation, add new functionality and provide suitable training. This will be either remotely or on-site as required by the business.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable HR software application support experience
- Project management
- Demonstrable MHR People First experience
- Advise on data best practice and ensure GDPR is adhered to
- Systems upgrades
- Providing user training
