What we look for:
– Experience working with children in a residential setting with autism and/or learning disabilities
– Minimum of 2 years` operational experience
– Level 5 or willingness to work towards
– NVQ level 3 health & social care
– Knowledge of regulations, inspections and compliance such as Ofsted
– Working at senior support worker level within children`s residential care
