Salary: £26,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for a contracts Manager to work for a well established main contractor in Essex.
This role will be working as part of a cohesive management team and have responsibility for 3 projects, each of which will have an average value of £2mil. These projects will be refurbishment projects on commercial use buildings in North Kent, Est London and Essex.
You will be overseeing the site based teams, reporting into the Operations Director and will also be client facing with many if the projects taking place in buildings which are still partly occupied by sites.
The ideal candidate will have a permanent work history and have worked in a similar role previously.
