An opportunity to lead and provide leadership to a service for a charity supporting people with learning disabilities.

They are the largest Learning Disability providers in London working across 17 boroughs, employing over 900 staff and supporting over 1400 people.
Position: Treat Me Right Manager
Location: Ealing, London
Salary: £37,572per annum
Certitude is looking for a Treat Me Right! Project Manager, who can bring their knowledge, qualities, experience, unwavering leadership skills, and an understanding of Better healthcare for people with learning disability in the Borough of Ealing.
As the Treat Me Right! Project Manager you will be seeking to engage with everyone involved in improving the health experiences and what happens when people with learning disabilities seek health service support.
In this role they would like you to:
– Build support for changes that are needed, proposing recommendations that will make a difference.
– Encouraging professionals in all healthcare sectors to do things better for the people they support.
– Support each individual to achieve their potential and drive change.
– Build relationships and inspire exceptional performance from your staff.
This is a role in which you will be able to make a profound and real difference to the lives of the people they support by providing a sound knowledge of learning disabilities, associated health conditions and health services, you will be a confident advocate to health professionals and others on the adjustments they can make to their approach and service delivery in order to provide the best support to people with learning disabilities and Autism.
As a strong leader and people manager, and exceptional individual you will have a proven track record of working alongside and managing teams who support this service user group. You will be working closely with members of Certitude`s Intensive Support Team.
In the role of the Treat Me Right! Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of highly trained staff; you`ll set standards, monitor performance and manage budgets in order to deliver continuous improvement for the people they support. As the Treat Me Right! Project Manager you will need to understand the importance of leading by example, modelling the type of behaviour that you expect from others and forging fantastic relationships with all of your key stakeholders.
