Front of House / Customer Coordinator

We are looking for a Front of House Customer Coordinator for our extremely busy Car Supermarket. Most of our customers are appointments and we want them to have a warm and friendly start to the journey to their new car. We also have non appointed customers, who we need to ensure have the same terrific journey.

The main duties of the Front of House / Customer Coordinator will involve: Using our CRM system Keeping the team member up desk rota Ensuring that the daily operating control is kept up to date Ensuring that all reporting is done in a timely and accurate fashion

The successful Front of House / Customer Coordinator will: Have administration experience Be analytical and customer focused Have the ability to work in a high pressure environment and quick environment Be good at building rapport with customers Be an energised and enthusiastic individual

Salary is commensurate with experience, an OTE of £31,200 will be easily achievable.

The hours of work for this role are full time, a total of 48 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days.
