ICT HELPDESK TECHNICIAN
Permanent
37 hours per week
Salary: £26,000per year
Bath region with some travel
Our client in Bath is recruiting a helpdesk IT technician to support them with
Hardware setups – such as printers. PC’s, laptops, projectors, and phones
You will need excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly and accurately
You will possess strong organizational and diagnostic skills and have a broad current knowledge of ICT systems including Microsoft Windows and Office 365
key responsibilities would include:
Logging support calls that are received via telephone, email, or in person.
Providing first-line fixes.
Escalating and tracking issues where necessary
Installing and preparing new Hardware and Software
