Construction Planner

Experienced Construction Planner immediately sought by long established and respected Building Contractor with an excellent reputation for quality and first class service.
Their portfolio incorporates a wide range of Design & Build, New Build and Refurbishment projects within the commercial, Education, industrial, Health Care and Residential / Housing Association sectors valued individually from £500k up to £10 million.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a proven track record within the general contracting arena.
You will take ownership of construction planning process, review/analyse subcontractors, prepare resource allocation plans, establish schedule & risk management plans, identify changes in work scope and project plan, prepare and present progress reports and maintain the master schedule
