Engineering Manager – Regional

Salary: £54,000 – £72,000 per year

I am working with a leading civil engineering company, who are currently looking to add a regional engineering manager to their team within the Scotland area.

The role will be based from their Glasgow site, and will cover West Scotland.

The role will involve but will not be limited to:

* Managing a team of engineerings within a construction setting

* Dealing with projects across the Civil engineering/construction sector – liaising with customers and being a ‘think on their feet’ professional

* experience of designing, amended and quality checking engineering sketches and designs for temporary works designs

* Delivering technical solutions in challenging timescales

* Experience delivering presentations within a customer facing setting

To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified or chartered within Civil or Structural engineering.

The role is Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a week between 8.30am – 5pm and my client are offering a basic salary between £54,000 – £72,000depending upon expeirence with a realistic OTE/Annual performance bonus of 15%. (First year OTE £75,000+)

Inclusive within the package is private medical cover, Private medical insurance, pension scheme, income protection, Company Sick pay & 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

Ideally for this position you need to live a maximum of a one hour commute from my clients office within the Glasgow area, should you be required to attend meetings at short notice.
