Pre Screener

Transline Group are looking to expand their team based in Ashford. This is a busy and exciting role where you will be responsible assisting in delivering our clients requirements on a daily basis. No two days are the same and the role will require a proactive person who has strong attention to detail and is able to meet deadlines. The role plays a vital part in the resourcing, assessing & selecting of candidates for our client. We are looking for a great telephone mannored individual who will take on the main role of interviewing candidates over the phone and booking them in for interviews.

Key Duties:

Resourcing, Sourcing & Selecting candidates to fulfil client needs
Ensuring all candidate application packs are completed accurately
Setting up Drug & Alcohol testing session
Sending all required details to site within given time frames
ReportsSkills Required:

Previous recruitment resourcing/administration experience is an advantage
Recruitment industry experience is also an advantage
Confident communication skills
Able to work to strict deadlines
Attention to detail

The working week is Monday to Friday with suggested hours of 9am to 5pm although there will need to be flexibility within this to suit business needs through peak periods.
