Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are proud to be working with a leading care provider. The company are looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their education department. The ideal candidate will have a real passion and drive to make a difference to these young lives.

The company is committed to providing positive environments where pupils develop positive behaviour, whether an in-house facility or an outreach service in the community, all their education services provide the same level of individual planning and learning for each child.

As the HLTA you will be expected to make sure that all young people within the care of the company are secure and receiving the best possible educational provision and outcomes. Working alongside the Headteacher and other Teachers you will support with learning activities, help plan lessons and prepare teaching materials and resources.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
