Linsco are currently looking for a Site Manager for a client of ours in the Newark area

Ideal Candidate:

• It is a refurb of grade 2 listed building and will require a site manager who is prepared to work early 6.30am as deliveries are all before 8am as a live public building and poss weekend
• Contract is for 14weeks with prov start 6th June
• Note means working with the public, Newark council, surrounding live premises (café/shops/restaurants etc)
• Must have drive for refurbishment and new fit out offices of existing building, working within tight constraints of access/egress
• Preferably local due to early starts
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• 1st Aid

Long term employment will be offered to the right candidate who have the passion and drive for the future.
