Senior CRM Consultant for Best of Breed Integrated Product
Full job description
Ambis resourcing Partnership
Salary: £66,000 per year
Senior CRM Consultant to work on best of breed integrated CRM software, for a Scandinavian multinational software author. Based from home anywhere in the UK and on site nationally – to £55k plus bonus, company car and benefits.
You get to work for an amazing, incredibly successful software company with a CRM product that integrates throughout the entire ERP and MRP system. So you have the chance to get CRM working on a level that is not practical on most other CRM products. You can expect a week’s intensive training and induction in Scandinavia when you first join.
The new version of their CRM Module is due for delivery in a few months, so you will have the opportunity to work on the latest functionality and technology. The developers are in Scandinavia so if you have an issue you can link with them and get things fixed quickly, sometimes immediately.
Why is it so great?
You have a charge-ability target but you control and book your own diary and appointments, and it is normal to work from home on a Friday and not out on site. The company has a Scandinavian ethos, they have a flat hierarchy and everyone is accessible to you including the MD. They are very family oriented, for instance you get 6 months full pay on sick leave and 90% pay on sick leave until you retire. Your whole family will get health cover and you can choose whatever policy you want (based on price). When you go into the offices you will generally stay in the same hotel that everyone stays in, so you will have people to socialise with and the team spirit is great. They also have team building days very regularly.
The projects:
You can expect to have one large CRM project of 100 man days and 2 or 3 smaller ones of around 30 days. You will do everything except the installation. Because you can deal directly with the developers, the chance to really tailor the solution for each individual client is amazing. You will work on client site a lot and there is some travel to Europe and the USA if you want it. One recent CRM project was 400 users in 30 countries, most done remotely or by other offices.
Prospects:
“The best company I have ever worked for”
“You can be the consultant you want to be”
“You can learn other modules of the ERP or MRP software, for instance Document Management, Call Centre, Business Intelligence, Forecasting or anything else”
What they want:
A Senior CRM Implementation Consultant
Mid market CRM full life cycle experience (Sage CRM, Dynamics CRM, Pivotal CRM, SAP CRM, Salesforce, RightNow)
Great attitude, flexible, professional, ambitious, client focused
Desire to work for an international software author
Ready for control and autonomy of your diary and projects
If this appeals and you have strong CRM consulting skills, please get in touch with Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis as soon as possible – it could be the best career move you ever make.
