Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
A leading player in the logistics sector is currently seeking a Transport Planning/ Control Tower Manager to work on the site of its prestigous client in Ellesmere Port. The role involves supervising, planning, initiating and monitoring the high volume inbound delivery of components and materials in the most economic fashion. The successful candidate will be required to manage a team of Route Co-ordinators to ensure business objectives are met.
You must have experience of;
* Transport and logistics planning/ material handling
* Automotive material planning tools
* Managing a small team (or you must possess the necessary attributes and aptitudes to be able to step up into such a role)
* Maintaining and developing customer relationships
* Quality Management Systems
* Document & process management
The salary for this exciting opportunity is £36,000 – £42,000+ excellent benefits.
