Salary: £26,000 per year

Due to further expansion, we are now seeking applicants who would be interested in joining the engineering team.

The role encompasses working with hand held power tools to complete the final finish of machined tooling. The successful individual will be required to deburr and polish machined products using small grinders and linishing tools. With a keen eye for detail, the role will appeal to those who are competent using power tools and, ideally, have previous experience of working within an engineering type of environment. The post does require a small amount of lifting from time to time, although products are not excessively heavy in weight.

Core skills include strong hand to eye co-ordination combined with attention to detail.

It is essential that applicants are comfortable working within a team environment and have a positive attitude in continuation of the company’s ethos of inclusivity.

Working a rotating morning and afternoon shift, between Monday and Friday (afternoon shift Monday to Thursday), it is preferred that candidates have their own transport or live within a commutable distance.
