Multi-Trade Operative / Plumber

We have multiple roles in the building maintenance sector specialising in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment programmes and specialist projects on Social Housing properties across the Cambridge area. The roles are for Core Trade Plumbers or plumbers who have multi-trade experience.

The Role:
Undertake plumbing repairs and maintenance works on site.
To work on various occupied and void properties carrying out remedial works such as fitting skirting boards, changing locks, hanging doors, door frames, small patch work plastering, replacing small pipe works, painting and decorating.
Carrying out remedial works to comply with regulation.

The Person:
Experience in plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, tiling.
Previous experience working on social housing properties.
Previous repairs and maintenance experience.
