Groundworker

Salary: £15.6 – £19.2 per hour

We are seeking a number of experienced Groundworkers or gangs to support our clients continued expansion on a permanent basis, following a slew of new contracts being secured.

Rates are available upon enquiry and are dependent on experience, availability, transport, qualifications etc.

Note: We are not seeking labourers at this time, unless accompanied with other groundworker candidates. This is for groundworkers with experience as listed below:

Responsibilities

* Good knowledge of construction groundworks

* Safe and qualified use of plant and machinery

* Attending toolbox talks

* Attending site briefings

* Service/Utilities awareness

* Kerbs/braces/Edgings/Tarmac

* All aspects of finishings

* Internal and external drainages [clay & plastic]

* Understand construction drawings

* Understand levels

Specialist Skills

* Deep Drainage

* Tarmac

* Concrete finishing

Essential

* UK Driving Licence

* UK right to work

* VALID CSCS CARD

* SSTS/SMTS

* First Aid

* CPCS/NPORS

* Street works supervisor

* Confined spaces

* Abrasive wheels
