Groundworker

Salary: £15.6 – £18 per hour

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

Role Description

We are recruiting for Groundworkers on Full Time Permanent contracts for wor based in and around the Hull boundaries. The work is all in the Domestic sector.

Essential Requirements

* Concreting laying and setting out.

* Form works

* Excavating

* Paving -re-levelling/re-bedding/ brick sets.

* Measuring depths levels and volume of materials.

* Car ports/ court yards/ drives/paths

Desirable

* Experience of disabled access ramps

* Forming gradient’s

* Drainage foul and surface water.

* Multi skilled -pointing and brickwork.

* Plant license dumpers/ diggers etc.

* CAT scan training

* Forming steps

* Kee Klamp

Qualifications Required

* Full UK Driving Licence

* CSCS Card

* CPCS (Not Essential)
