My Client are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Claims Handler.
Hours -Saturday 1.30pm – 8pm, 30 min unpaid lunch; Sunday 9.30am – 8.30pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch. 16 hours total paid work.
Salary: £26,000per year(Pro rata over 16 hours)
Job Role:
To efficiently & accurately manage all inbound calls allocated to the role holder from general enquires and first contact to liability result ensuring processes procedures are adhered to. Taking and logging all relevant details during the call for RTA reporting and claim progression.
Deliver best in class customer service by providing high levels of customer care and integrity to internal & external customers. Maximising service offering opportunities through proficient communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities
To carry out administration support service activities for various departments and work to KPI’s and SLA’s,
Provide recommendations to improve the overall end to end process to ensure continuous improvements
To maintain an excellent client relationship both internally and externally by conducting tasks to maximise productivity across all areas of the business.
